Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, stickers, and packaging are intact.

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Important: Items returned with signs of use, wear, or missing tags/labels will not be accepted.

💍 Jewellery Returns

Due to hygiene standards, jewellery is non-returnable unless:

It is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

The sealed packaging has not been opened.

👠 Footwear & Accessories

Accepted for return or exchange if:

Items are unused, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

Used or worn items.

Jewellery with opened or broken seals (unless faulty).

Personalised or custom items.

Gift cards.

🔁 How to Return or Exchange

Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.

We’ll reply with instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

Funds are returned to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error or the item is faulty).

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like.
