International (Outside UK)

Starting from £7.99 (final cost may vary depending on location & weight)

Fixed Delivery Charges: PKR 1100

🚚 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Next Day Dispatch Products (UK Only)

Delivery in 1–3 working days

Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day

Not available for Highlands, Channel Islands, and Offshore Islands

Pakistani Designer Originals & Indian Brands

Standard Delivery: 6–8 weeks

Pre-Booking Orders: 6–8 weeks

By placing your order, you agree to these timelines. Refunds will only be issued if the delay exceeds 3 weeks beyond the given timeframe.

Customised or Made-to-Order Designs

Estimated Delivery: 10–12 weeks

Depending on the design and customer confirmation, estimated timelines will be communicated via email or WhatsApp individually

Any delay in custom orders does not qualify for cancellation unless specifically confirmed by our support team

International Orders (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia & others)

Europe: 2–6 working days (after dispatch)

Rest of the World: 5–7 working days (after dispatch)

Standard tracked delivery via trusted courier partners

Please allow up to 15 working days after dispatch email before raising a delivery concern

💰 CURRENCY & PAYMENTS

All orders are processed in Pounds Sterling (£)

International customers’ exchange rates are determined by their bank or payment provider

Prices exclude any customs duties or import taxes, which may apply depending on your country’s regulations

🛃 CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties upon receiving their package. Shah Sultan is not responsible for these additional charges and cannot predict their cost.

📦 TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

You can track your order via your “My Account” → Order History

Courier tracking links will be provided once your order is dispatched

If your parcel appears delivered but is not received, please notify our support team within 3 working days. Claims submitted later than this may be rejected by our delivery partners.

📮 SAFE DELIVERY REQUESTS

If you request to leave your parcel in a safe place, it is at your own risk. Shah Sultan is not liable for any loss or damage to items left as instructed.

⏳ WORKING DAYS & DISPATCH SCHEDULE

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched from Monday onward

We currently deliver to:

UK Mainland, Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands

Over 40 international destinations including USA, Canada, UAE, Europe & Australia
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
